Everytime I was asked, why did I chose this course,
Sincerely
I don't really have the answer
I would be lying if I say becoming a CPO is my ambition since little (sebab memang tak pernah tahu apa itu CPO)
it's not accidental either - I googled the words PROSTHETICS and ORTHOTICS before submitting my application
words ; replace - support
But I do not expect that the 19 students seated in front of Dr Azuan, in one fine morning where all BBMEng (P&O) first meeting will be Malaysia's first CPO in the future.
I thought I never heard of this course because it less famous than those famous courses
Obviously, I thought wrong
However, what Dr Azuan told us on that first meeting really inspired all of us to do well in our study
And now, after 2 years, I, with heart and soul am very grateful that I'm one of the 19 students
In my 2 years journey, I met few very amazing people
Amputee and living well, driving his manual car 8 hours to hometown
Amputee and married, living well, a teacher
Amputee and still can shopping around the town
And all these made possible by us in the future
Inspire much?
From Wiki
In medicine, a prosthesis, prosthetic, or prosthetic limb (Greek: πρόσθεσις "addition") is an artificial device extension that replaces a missing body part.
Orthotics (Greek: Ορθός, ortho, "to straighten" or "align") is a specialty within the medical field concerned with the design, manufacture and application of orthoses. An orthosis (plural: orthoses) is an orthopedic device that supports or corrects the function of a limb or the torso
From time to time I will ask myself,
WHY AM I DOING WHAT I AM DOING
(especially when I have to study Physics-related subjects)
Tired, exhausted, lost, and clueless
But, hopefully, after 4 years, I will be what I wanna be
That worth all these pain
Becoming Malaysia's first CPO
(ayat mahu kencang)
IMPROVE QUALITY, OUR PROFESSIONALITY
Kalau ditanya mengapa, memang tiada jawapan. Tapi Allah itu Maha Mengetahui, diletak aku di tempat yang aku suka, tanpa aku sendiri ketahui. He, always have better plans for me.
