was on ice, again

Last Friday was the 5th time I went skating in Sunway Pyramid as UM student. My aim was to skate once a semester. Last semester I went skating twice (once with friends, once with family). I thought I won't make it this semester because of the tight schedule. Nasib baik ade juga roomate bertiga nak dibawa sama seusai tamat exam. 

oho!!

Right after the last paper, I had "mini" celebration at Mid Valley first. Watched Fast Furious 5 (although I never watch the previous movies) and tried Curry Kuey Teow at Noodle station.

Morning after that, we set to Sunway Pyramid early in the morning at 9 after breakfast with Nasi Lemak.

Route to Sunway Pyramid:

Bas UM -Pantai Dalam to Stesen Universiti (atau Rapid RM1)

LRT Stesen Universiti to Stesen Kelana Jaya (RM1.30)

10 in the morning we arrived in Sunway Pyramid, and receive our tag at 10.25. Really early in the morning that the rink only have around than 20 skaters. We truly had fun because there's not many people. More space to skate, ice not yet melted. It was second time for Cik Yah, 4th time for Sar and 3rd for Aini. They improves really well.

And for me, I was really happy that I can skate BACKWARDS. woot woot. 

Given that I never receive proper training, and live 8 hours away from Malaysia's only skating rink, that's quiet something huh. Luckily UM is not so close to Sunway Pyramid, or else I would be pro already. muahahaha.

I even registered as skate member,which will make me visit Sunway Pyramid Ice even more frequently after this. Registering cost RM40, which is better deal because it came with 3 complimentary tickets, and with voucher I can buy another ticket with RM7. Total was RM47 for 4 adult, RM11.75 for each. Usually it cost RM15.

p/s: Going to visit Sunway again during short semester since many of senior PNOs saying they wish to try.
